We are in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Executive Assistant/Project Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic remote team. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for various clients, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
- Oversee and coordinate diverse projects, which may include marketing initiatives, website enhancements, and social media management.
- Uphold exceptional standards for customer experience, ensuring clients receive timely and efficient service.
- Develop and present daily and weekly reports to clients, highlighting progress and key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate time tracking to ensure transparency and operational efficiency.
- Participate in and contribute to team and client meetings to foster clear communication and alignment.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative assistant role.
- At least 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or project management capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and other project management applications.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
